Olympic Support has two decades of specialist UNIX hardware and software support experience. Driven by the high cost of OEM support, we began to deliver self-support in the mid nineties. Careful growth, substantial investment in our infrastructure and technical training have allowed us to grow to a position where we can now deliver independent multi-vendor support and maintenance to channel partners across the UK & Ireland and Europe.

Partner Only Maintenance Contracts

We have many channel partners offering Olympic Support packages. Olympic Support is fully committed to delivering service excellence. We do not deal with end-users. Olympic Support services are entirely partner focussed and built on specialist technical skills and experience, geographic coverage, better service levels and shorter response times. To underpin this commitment we have made a huge investment in training and our own spares resources.

Individual Partner Contract Management

The key to effectively supporting and maintaining a complex, multi-vendor IT environment, dispersed across many locations, is centralised information and management. All Olympic Support services are delivered through a single-point-of-contact utilising the comprehensive range of skills and resources at our disposal.

Olympic Supportal

Our latest innovation for our channel partners is remote customer access, which allows channel partners to monitor and manage support contracts confidentially and securely on-line. Account managers can view all their service statistics, contract schedules, raise calls online and access their branded reseller resources all through the Olympic Supportal.
