Olympic Support provides fully independent, multi-vendor support, hp support, sun support, fujitsu primepower support, ibm support and cisco support across the whole enterprise environment. We take ownership of all support calls for business critical hardware, software and applications with reliable SLA's and procedures critical for monitoring service and maintenance delivery.
Hardware Support
Olympic Support offers an unrivalled level of service and technical ability across all our support levels and applications. We have our own team of multi-disciplined technicians, certified to maintain Sun, HP, IBM, Fujitsu, Cisco equipment
Software Support
Olympic Support technicians are experienced in dealing with the issues that our customers regularly face. Our technical staff will be able to provide complete answers to an extremely broad range of "real world" questions concerning the operations and administration of IT environment including Solaris Support, HPUX Support, Tru64 Support, AIX Support, Cisco IOS Support.
Managed Services
Olympic Support's simplifies the support and maintenance of many conflicting and differing vendor options, by offering channel partners just one support contract to manage and one support provider to deal with.
Support Levels
Olympic Support has 30 field engineers, 10 internal technical support engineers, 10 installation engineers and two 24:7 call centres to deal with support calls. This experience is all invested in providing better than vendor service, whatever the level of support employed.
Spares Policy
Olympic Support only carry Original Equipment Vendor parts which are fully supported and recognised by the OEM. Each component is tested before being placed in to a spares location.
System Admin
Olympic Support delivers responsive, cost-effective System Administration services direct to the channel. With a team of technicians that carry certifications from Microsoft, Compaq, Solaris, HPUX, AIX, 3Com and Novell to name a few, they are ready to deal with a wide array of network and computing administration problems.
Relocate & Install
Whether it’s a single server or a complete server room, Olympic Support ensure the equipment is moved safely and relocated undamaged. We have considerable experience within this specialist technical field, with our Server and Data Centre Relocation Service providing all the resources, technicians, vehicles, and methods of execution for the smooth movement of servers and equipment between sites.
